This experience has left me with a very negative impression of @BananaRepublic. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate actions are taken to ensure no other customer is treated with such disrespect.

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of respect I experienced today at @BananaRepublic. As a customer looking to build a full wardrobe, I was met with mockery and an intrusive violation of my privacy.
After completing my $160 purchase, I confronted the manager. He admitted he was aware of the comment because it was made directly to him, yet he chose to do nothing until I spoke up. This level of complicity from management is shocking.

Yesterday we had a terrible Lyft experience. A phone was left in the car, we tried calling the driver for an hour and even contacted Lyft Support, but nothing worked.
