“There were 50 people waving their flashlights, and I kept singing, thinking security would see it and handle it. 10 seconds later, I look over to my right and see him just staring at me. I’m snapping and pointing toward the crowd where someone fainted, and he doesn’t even turn around. I’m looking at him, asking what he’s doing. I know I got frustrated, but guys, I’m watching a group of people who need medical help not get any attention. What am I supposed to do? Just keep going? Let me make this clear: there have been venues that have been amazing on this tour,& I didn’t say a word.”

“I show it to whoever’s willing to listen. If you get in my car before my album comes out, you’ll be hearing it. One time I actually met some fans outside a store in LA, and I asked them if they wanted to get in my car and listen to my unreleased songs. It was really cute. They were safe, like 14-year-old girls, and they were so sweet. It was the best day of our lives.”
