The US even had a SS oberbannführer designing the Saturn V engines for them. Germany has no problem openly supporting ukrainian nazis, so no, not "reformed" at all, just concealed nazis.

If you're referring to Budapest memorandum, the US broke it with economic sanctions first and then with the 2014 coup (US deemed it non-binding). Btw, nothing you said contradicts the fact that Russia buys and ukraine is a proxy.

@JimTrakas @M_Simonyan There's no international UN sanctions on Russia, only unilateral US/EU sanctions (which are illegal btw). Russia BUYS everything it uses, it doesn't get "support". ukraine has all it's logistics paid and ran by NATO and only puts the cheap meat, see the difference?
