I AM NOT A DOCTOR.
But 7 years ago I was constantly ANXOUS & DEPRESSED & prescribed anxiety meds.
Everyday I snoozed my alarm, ate lucky charms for breakfast, worked a desk job, ate out junk for lunch & watched TV at night.
I got VERY LITTLE movement or sunlight.
I was 33 years old.
This is unpopular but I wasn’t depressed or anxious because I was born that way.
It was 100% my lifestyle CHOICES.
No doctor asked me what I ate, how much I moved or what my morning routine looked like.
They said TAKE THIS PILL.
I did & felt worse.
Until one day at 34 I decided NO MORE.
In tears one night I wrote rules for myself.
A simple framework that I could do daily.
That anyone could do daily!
Within a few months I was off meds.
At almost 40 I’m in the best shape of my life physically, mentally & spiritually.
I truly believe we could bankrupt big Pharma if people:
•Ate real food.
•Prioritized walking outside daily.
•Sought PURPOSE over just dollars.
I AM NOT A DOCTOR & not telling you to get off meds.
Some people 100% need them & I’m grateful we live a time where they exist.
But YOU SHOULD 100% try LIFESTYLE CHANGES FIRST before you ever take a pill.
