I remember hearing a scholar once say, anybody who works as an employee has a difficiency in their aqidah (yaqeen specifically). Because overtime, you begin to tie your rizq with your employment, especially since you are paid the same amount each month.

Conversely, a business owner is always hoping and praying to Allah to facilitate for him more customers and increase his business.

That hit me deep.

Hence, very important for us to constantly remind ourselves that Allah is our Provider and Sustainer and not some random employer.

Then spend a long time on that hobby in the morning on the weekend either Saturday or Sunday e.g long run 2 to 4 hours

@IsmailKamdar If I was a Muslim scholar I would probably lean to your opinion. Very close minded In SA especially KZN. If you in business there is ample opportunity. Especially in manufacturing, wholesale, fmcg. Property sizes are massive vs UK. Crime is high though. Depends what people value
