Announcing the Confidential Computing Constellation
Since the publication of the Secret 2.0 vision, we've hinted about a “constellation” of interconnected blockchains serving as a privacy hub for Web3.
With @fhenix, this vision has become a reality.

Super excited to reveal this. I've been working on confidentiality solutions for Web3 for a decade, and this is by far the most ambitious project ever.
FHE is the end-game. It's for privacy what ZK is for scalability.
Pay attention to @fhenix. We're gonna unlock new applications for Web3 with encryption. Ones that people didn't even imagine are possible.
Get ready for Secret VRF in the upcoming @SecretNetwork v1.9 upgrade! ✨
Flipping a coin on-chain has never been easier with strong, verifiable randomness.
@GuyZys The kids are. You send them to school as an investment and the profit is the (hopefully) functional members of society. If you and your partner are good parents you might even not need to pay for a retirement home and have lower expenses in old age.

Couldn’t have written it better.
The perfect solution does not exist. We keep our head down, keep building and keep improving the existing ones.

@ertemann@assafmo@Cosmodiver@Curious__J@phor75707205@Thyborg_@orageux101@KentWorcester Maybe he did mean that, but it just wouldn't work with today's model for VKs. Maybe it could work if we had a VK manager contract, and other contacts just queried it for VK verification, but that's just not how the contacts to this day have been set up, nor do i think that's safe
ZKPs are great, but if someone tells you they solve privacy, ask them - how do you compare two bids in a private auction?
Any situation where you need to execute a function over inputs from multiple users is a scenario in which ZKPs can’t solve privacy
@ertemann@scrt_labs@SecretNetwork Once I build up to it - I hope to touch on quantum encryption topics if I can. It'll tie in really nicely with what I've worked on so far :)
@DomeriumLabs@scrt_labs@SecretNetwork Thank you! 😄 I guess between the semesters I'll have to finally learn about video editing 😩 idk Stefan, you take SCRT?
.@SecretReuven you've been an amazing colleague and a real friend over these years. As much as you may have learned from Secret, I can assure you all of us learned equally as much, myself in particular.
All the best with your new challenge as a student. We'll miss you greatly!
