@GMB I once drove my brother’s Lotus Elise when I was 17. Even under his supervision and obviously not under the influence of anything, I still felt hugely overwhelmed and out of my depth. Far too much power for a novice driver.

@GMB Arriva Trains Wales were playing exactly the same game. They took me to court over the fee of £1.25. They even went so far as checking CCTV of me on the platform and then continue to insist I got on at a different platform becuase of embarrassment being wrong.
Days later, I received a letter saying I had to pay a £200 fine or attend court. Knowing I was in the right and had been so poorly treated, I attended court months later.

@EE I have raised a complaint. Nothing has been resolved. I have a further phone call arranged for Wednesday and then we will be looking at terminating contracts. What an absolute shambles. I think EE need to conduct some critical self reflection over how it handles its customers.

@HalifaxBank Weirdly, I’ve just tried for a third time and it’s worked! It said it wasn’t recognising the seller’s details at the start but then it did on the third attempt.
