@mta You don't understand, this has been an issue for many months. You have become so unreliable that simply leaving early isn't good enough. Because every time I do, you find a new way to either be late, no show or delayed

@mta Get your people to keep a consistent schedule. I used to take (163rd) the 6:15 C, then the 6:05 C, the uptown 5:55 A (1stop) to grab the next downtown A at 168. But now... none of the above are viable.

@mta I have patiently complained for months about how your downtown A/C is maddening inconsistent. I can't keep planning my trips further back. A 50min ride is taking 1hr 30mins because you can't keep a schedule.
