@markbdelaney Good and do it. The problem is I have seen very few sub $500,000 “SDE” deals that actually have any SDE. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen one. Almost all of them are basically 0 with a bunch of bullshit addbacks .
I just got access to a data-room and for some reason I can see who else has access to the DR and their last log-in.....10 people and the original group hasn't logged in for a month. Classic. Business is also priced at 1.25x goal seek. 😍🤣
