In justifying Israel's invasion of Gaza's Shifa Hospital, the Pentagon has essentially admitted that its own intelligence assessment asserting that Hamas military sites are concealed beneath the hospital is nothing more than recycled Israeli propaganda.
Sabrina Singh, the Pentagon spokeswoman, told reporters on November 15 that US intelligence had no "boots on the ground," nor any intelligence assets capable of independently gathering intelligence from or about Shifa. When asked if the declassified intel briefing asserting that Hamas and Islamic Jihad operate inside the hospitals arrived through Washington's "Israeli counterparts," she refused to answer.
Israel's attempt to brand Gaza's hospitals as covert military bases is not only aimed at justifying its violent takeover of those facilities – a war crime that was once unthinkable. It is also designed to conceal its ulterior genocidal goal of eliminating the centers of life from northern Gaza, especially the hospitals which have provided sanctuary and medical care for tens of thousands of displaced people, thereby forcing the population to migrate south toward Egypt. Once northern Gaza is cleansed of its native population, Tel Aviv plans to pressure Egypt to accept displaced Palestinians in tent cities in the Sinai, where they can then be resettled in the region or permanently scattered across the West.
The Biden administration is therefore repackaging Israeli propaganda as a declassified "intelligence assessment" to support one of the great atrocities of our time: a modern day Nakba aimed at the ethnically cleansing of Gaza and consolidation of Israel's system of apartheid as a permanent fact of life.
Hala Abu Saada, 13 years old
Hala was one of the active volunteers at the Tamer Institute in Gaza, doing many beautiful things. Among them, she trained in sign language to accompany deaf and mute children. She translated two songs from the "Fahim" children's album that became popular four months ago.
Hala was talented in Palestinian folk dance (Dabke) and taught it to her classmates, encouraging them to study. She dreamt of becoming a journalist, a criminal investigator, or an astronaut.
Hala's father was martyred in an Israeli bombardment in 2009 when she was an infant, leaving her orphaned. Hala and her family were martyred in an Israeli bombardment on their home in Jabalia Camp in October 2023.
Last night was difficult. Exhausted to the point of pain but I couldnt sleep till the early hours of the morning. It rained at 8:30 am cleared the smoke from the air and the sky was beautiful. I was able to operate on a 5 year old with a nasty foot injury.
Today is a new day.
🚨⚠️Today, the sole power generator at Al-Amal Hospital, affiliated with the PRCS in Khan Younis, stopped working. This threatens the lives of 90 patients receiving treatment, including 25 in the medical rehabilitation section who now face the risk of death at any moment. Additionally, around 9,000 displaced individuals have sought refuge in the PRCS premises and the hospital.
🏥The hospital is currently relying on a very small generator to supply electricity only to the maternity ward and emergency lighting. It's important to note that the remaining fuel is expected to run out within the next 24 hours.
🛑The power generator's failure is impacting the operations of both the PRCS headquarters and Al-Amal Hospital, which includes the emergency operations room for the Gaza Strip. This has resulted in a loss of communication with the operation rooms scattered across the Gaza sector and the cessation of VHF communication services.

Children in Gaza don't need a pause in the killing, they need it to stop. That is why there must be an immediate ceasefire.
This is not a radical proposition. It's backed by the UN, countries around the world, and by the majority of the public.
Be on the right side of history.
Many people in the streets with nowhere to go to. Long lines of people waiting to get bread.
Anyone from outside Gaza that feels entitled to message me and say don’t post certain things is getting blocked. Stop messaging me from your comfort zone, this is our reality. You have no say in this. If our suffering makes you uncomfortable, imagine how it makes us feel.
Israel’s war isn’t just affecting us as a people in Gaza, it’s a war on every living and breathing thing in the Gaza Strip. Our people, our land and water, our entire environment, our homes, our animals and birds, our ocean, our memories, our streets and favorite places and everything that we love about Gaza. It’s affecting our physical and mental health. We are really suffering and I wish someone would stop this genocide.
All those people you see who were forcibly displaced and had to walk for 5 or more hours to go south and leave their homes behind are suffering. Some of them are elders who couldn’t walk, and have already witnessed the ethnic cleansing during the 1948 Nakba, and were forcibly expelled from their homes in northern Palestine to Gaza. This is a genocide. This is ethnic cleansing. We deserve a better life. Ceasefire now
@PalestineRCS announces Al-Quds Hospital out of service and no longer operational.
🚨✋The cessation of services is due to the depletion of available fuel and power outage.

"We are nearly sure that we are alone now. No
one hears us... The problem is to be sure that we can evacuate the neonatal patients because we have
about 37 to 40 premature babies."
Dr Mohammed Obeid, surgeon at Al-Shifa hospital, shares his testimony from today⤵️
Staying alive is more stressful than dying.
At least when you die you will not feel a thing.
We never had a choice, and when we do it’s about choosing to stay and die or leave and lose everything you worked for.
Most Palestinians born to be one of those things: A martyr, a prisoner, detained or living with a big suffer.
I wish to be the guy who will graduate, look for a job and travel
All what sounds normal for the world is weird for us
But this how it sounds when you live under occupation
Btw I been listening to Hall of Fame song since 2016 and keep imagining my life with the song
Like standing on a stage after wining the best around all over the world
I’m a photographer who wanted to capture the beauty my eyes see not the genocide happening to my people

How will we ever justify this ? That we continued to support these actions , that we lacked the courage and moral decency to even find the words to say STOP THE KILLING
