@Vic4Vendetta87@BigEsqBae_ All-in on the subscription revenue model. This is why I unbagged the PS3 and was an early founding customer for the SuperStation One. I felt the PS5 was a money grab and now cannot shake that opinion of Sony.
@TygerChase@bartonovopolis The early versions of the PS3 were peak systems…Blu-Ray disc drives (similar to the PS2 being a lot of people’s entry to having a DVD player) drove the sales of a notable percentage of sales, and it being reverse compatible with PS1 and PS2 made it the centerpiece for loyalists
@madlittlepixel My suspicion is that they are looking to capitalize on anyone who is excited about the AES+ but also forgot about how disappointing this system was.
@DraySaidDat Are the dorm rooms now singles? I’m seeing a lot of videos of single bed rooms and U-Haul trailers dropping off decorations and furniture. They are going to learn a hard lesson when they have to scramble to move all of that to a storage unit on the last day of the dorms in May.
