They scheduled pickup, delayed by a day to pick up. Then the package arrived destination city three days ago. Every day they mark the status as 'Out for Delivery', only to change it to next day sometimes later in the day, without any communication.

Yesterday my recipient received a late call from the Delhivery person @help_delhivery, requesting to allow delivery next day (today) because he would have to go the office to pick the parcel and then deliver - that would cause him delay!!

The number on their app and website to contact @help_delhivery is useless. It says this number is not for customers, only for shipping partners! There is no way to find what is really happening, nobody from communicates proactively

Honestly, is it so difficult to arrange return pickup in 11 days? I have completely lost faith in assurances from your support. I know precisely what your they would say. Your email support has not been much helpful either.

Today, after 24 hours there is not change in status or responses. "Please allow us 24 hours’ time and our team will get back to you with an update." Now you are not even talking about reverse pickup.

Nothing changed until 17th October, and then the reply was - "We have escalated your request for return on priority basis. Our delivery team will approach you within 24 hours. I would request you to wait for the same."

When I contacted again on 14th October, there was standard response - "I assure you that your reverse pickup will be done in 24 hours"

Nothing happened for next five days. I contacted on chat on 12th October. The response was slightly different. "Be rest assured, your pickup will be done within 24 hours"
