@1GamewithDave1 Kassandra felt like the natural choice for Odyssey. Alexios seemed kinda like a guard given protagonist status. Aloy is, without a doubt, one of the best. I wish Nariko was in these conversations.
@anniefuchsia I was all in on Guild Wars 2 when it first launched. Fell out of it because all of my friends did. That was a lifetime ago, it seems. I'm excited to venture into it again with a fresh perspective and no reliance on enjoying it with other people from the start.
@agentbreakfast With little context, I do find the jiggly cube to be a weird thing to see on the battlefield. That said, I'd much rather reserve my thoughts about the game as a whole until I actually play it, which is what everybody should do, instead of whatever the hell all the controversy is.
@JyehnVT The best game I think I've played, based on the fact that I replayed it several times immediately after beating it over and over again, would be Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. Ghostwire: Tokyo is definitely another.
@Noodle_Streamer That's great! I'm mostly familiar with the animation aspect of things. If you ever wanna chat and learn stuff about Blender, I'm learning right there with you haha!
@Noodle_Streamer Yeah! Maya has been the industry standard for 3D work for many, many years! It was provided with a student license during school, but otherwise it costs about $250/month or about $2700+/year, which is one of many reasons why Blender is so important!
@laurplaysacnh I completely understand this feeling. I went through it constantly years ago when I used to stream, and the only thing that actually helped is stepping away indefinitely and focusing on myself. Not to say that's what would be right for you, but don't force yourself into things.
