I would respectfully request the Government of Tamil Nadu to further elevate the standards of Government Schools by strengthening academics, extracurricular activities, life skills, and leadership development programs for students.

Government schools have already made significant improvements in recent years, and with additional focus on holistic development, they can become among the best educational institutions in the country.

The following initiatives may be considered:

Introduce Basic AI and Emerging Technology Education
Introduce students to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Coding, Cyber Safety, and Digital Skills from middle school onwards.
Provide practical exposure to modern technologies to prepare students for future careers.
Include awareness about responsible technology usage and digital ethics.
Include Life Skills and Value-Based Education

Conduct sessions on communication skills, financial literacy, emotional intelligence, teamwork, discipline, problem-solving, and time management.
Teach students how to handle real-life challenges with confidence and responsibility.

Daily Yoga and Meditation Sessions
Introduce a mandatory 30-minute yoga and meditation session every day to improve students’ concentration, mental wellness, physical fitness, and stress management.

Leadership and Personality Development Programs
Conduct weekly or monthly leadership development and personality enhancement sessions.
Encourage public speaking, debate, stage confidence, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Invite Successful Alumni and Industry Experts
Invite successful alumni, entrepreneurs, scientists, government officers, sportspersons, and professionals to interact with students and motivate them through real-life experiences.
Strengthen Spoken English and Communication Skills
Conduct interactive spoken English and communication training programs to improve students’ confidence in higher education and employment opportunities.
Enhance Sports and Physical Education
Improve sports infrastructure and identify talented students at an early stage.

Encourage participation in district, state, and national-level competitions.
Promote Arts, Culture, and Creativity
Encourage students to participate in music, dance, drama, drawing, storytelling, innovation, and cultural activities to improve creativity and self-expression.

Career Guidance and Mentorship Programs
Organize regular career guidance sessions to educate students about higher education opportunities, scholarships, competitive exams, entrepreneurship, and emerging career paths.
Improve Technology Infrastructure

Provide smart classrooms, high-speed internet, digital labs, and modern learning tools in all government schools, including rural areas.

Mental Health and Student Wellbeing Support

Introduce student counseling and wellness support systems to help students manage stress, confidence issues, and academic pressure.

Parent and Community Engagement

Encourage stronger parent-school collaboration and community participation in student development and school improvement initiatives.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clubs

Create innovation clubs and startup awareness programs to encourage creativity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities among students.

Environmental and Social Responsibility Programs

Encourage tree plantation, cleanliness drives, sustainability awareness, and social service activities to develop responsible citizens.

With the right vision and continuous improvements, Tamil Nadu Government Schools can become a model for quality education, leadership, innovation, and holistic student development across India.

As I am currently working outside India in Qatar, I was unable to travel to my hometown on time due to unavoidable reasons. Recently, my parents visited our village ration shop, where the cashier informed them that my name and my family members’ names may be removed from the ration card because biometric fingerprint verification has not been completed.

I kindly request the concerned authorities to consider the difficulties faced by NRIs who are living and working abroad. It is not always possible for us to travel immediately for biometric verification procedures. Therefore, I humbly request that suitable consideration or alternative arrangements be provided for NRIs to avoid cancellation or removal from ration cards.

Your support and understanding towards NRIs will be highly appreciated.

I am very glad to see that most of the winning candidates from #TVK are actively visiting government institutions such as hospitals, schools, and other public service centers. This kind of direct engagement with people and public infrastructure creates trust and accountability.

One suggestion that could further strengthen governance is for each MLA to establish a dedicated governance monitoring team. These members can visit government institutions once every 15 days to verify whether services, maintenance, and development works are being carried out properly. Their visit day should be random not fixed.

The team can document their observations through reports, photos, and video evidence, and submit them directly to the respective MLA for review and action. This approach would help identify issues at an early stage, improve transparency, ensure continuous monitoring, and ultimately enhance the quality of public services for citizens.

Consistent ground-level verification and accountability can make a significant difference in governance and public confidence.

I would like to suggest that the new government plan roster shifts with two weekly days off for #TamilNadu #Police.

This will help them relax and spend time with family members. They are also human beings, so two full days off on a roster basis will reduce their stress and make families happy.

Airline companies operate 24/7 with roster systems. Why don’t we follow the same concept for police departments?

Recently I saw sports minister was asking make sure all the runners are getting shoes in nehru stadium, there should be someone to govern that and report back to minister with proof.

Most of the times public thinks that நம்மக்கு எதுக்கு இந்த பிரச்சனை. நாம complaint பன்ன போய் வேற எதுனா தொல்லை வந்துரும். That fear most of them are having.

By advertising in tv and news channels this fear will be erased.

I would request pls save our tamil youngsters from drugs and create more jobs for them.

Our youngsters are future of Tamilnadu. Then encourage government school admissions and elevate the standard of government schools.

Establish proper governance and process across all the departments.

I suggest you should have quarterly review meeting with all MLAs. And MLAs and government officials should have quarterly, half-yearly, and annual meetings to measure the performance.

Establish clear KPIs to everyone and have performance review meetings.

Implement Government CRM for public to reach your government easily with auto routings.

Based on the district, taluk, panchayat the ticket should be assigned to respective departments to resolve public issues.

Women should give buzz in their emergency may be some device with GPS.
