If Peter Obi is the president:
1. He would be on the roads of Nigeria and interacting with the people and discovering solutions.
I cannot see Obi holed up inside Aso rock sleeping or eating when the people are not taken care of.
2. All his ministers will be working their bones and producing results and ensuring deliverables. Any minister that gives excuses knows he/she is on his/her way out. You deliver or you quit.
3. Imagine how the FEC meeting would be like with Peter Obi presiding over it. Your cannot bring a budget and your items are SUVs, renovate govt guest houses, firstlady office expenditure. Whoever has the effontery to do that, that day will be his last meeting in the chamber.
4. On fuel subsidy, with Peter Obi, it will be a different ball game. With him, you would have know how much was saved from the subsidy removal, what the savings has been used for and what it will be used for. For example, education could taken a huge part, health care also would have had a lion share, then infrastructural development and renewal would also got some good part. No where and nobody would have used that subsidy savings to buy SUVs or yacht.
5. Also I'm pretty sure, Peter Obi would have bring to bearest minimum and propably stop the theft of the crude oil thereby generating more Forex for the country reserves.
6. The north of Nigeria would already be bubbling with turning her to green fields. Finally, the security would have improved probably the farmers would have returned to the farmlands.

This is my imagination of Peter Obi presidency. And that's I believe would have happened.
