@JamesYo88@TheSgtKirby Don't omit the road to the Mako reactor 5 and the train cemetery, the game gets forcefully stretched... Ypu can't tell me that this isn't a waste of time.
@ActualAero We can't move forward with people like you. There is a difference between tasteless bloated side-quests, and INTERESTING content... As for the argument of "if u want a tighter experience don't do the side quests", Square put them here for a reason, for the players to do it.
@Sebbywebz Most games would get heavily criticized for proposing side quests like Rebirth. But since FF7R fans are freaking glazers that welcome any shit that Square throw at them...
@Cloudonachocobo Rebirth is beautiful, but still exploring the world is not enjoyable. Countless point of interests, pointless QTE(summons...), Chadley and Mai bursting your ears, Chocobos are not great to ride. Cloud got clanky animation when climbing. It feels more like doing chores...
@AerithClouds Wrong, after her death, Cloud is blatantly admitting that something is wrong with himself. They then travel through the Corral Valley then to the Icicle Inn where u encounter foes. Then u discovered the videos of what happened to her parents. Finally u encounter Elena. ~40-45min
@SoulSwizzle Story aside the game is mid, the open world mechanics aren't used to their full potential. Most of the time u are looking at the map instead of exploring. "Dungeons" are basic, the game is full of padding and the tone is wildly unbalanced.
@RinoTheBouncer I don't think that it is mandatory for SE to get back to turn base. FF7R combat system is amazing, nevertheless SE has a lot to learn from E33 such as the story, the pacing and dialogues. Why spend a ton of money on a trilogy when you can have a better product for 50$?
