@ctostoic That said I think I’ll like 3’s story better when I get around to it, since people compare some of it to Vs XIII. But I’m on 0.2 and it’s just confusing and convoluted for no good reason.

@ctostoic KH in general is weird to me because its gameplay systems are usually amazing (I’ve played all but 3), but everything else in the franchise is sub par. Bad story, filler disney worlds, bland characters, and in KH1’s case AWFUL balance (at least in proud) and signposting.

2025 we had Raidou and (if you count it) P5X
2026 we got P4R music dropping left and right

@BigHunt824 @miiitchx Hell no, look at something like Persona 4 Revival or Stranger Than Heaven. Ongoing marketing for multiple months now, constant stream of info, playable demos, etc. Amazing.

GTA 6 marketing has been a letdown. Rockstar dropped the ball here, and as a fan I'm not really that hype.

@jms_eye_smile @arrancarsaga No. It's not that people only like fight scenes, people hate filler because it's low budget, poorly written, and serves no purpose to be in the series other than to FILL a timeslot.

It especially becomes a problem when a large percentage of the series becomes filler, pointless.

@zxercyu The direction with White Fox at the helm is just so perfect for Re:Zero. Removing that key aspect would butcher one of the best parts about the anime imo. I truly don't think that another studio could adapt this show as well as White Fox.
