Everthink Ariel had better options to visit land than a bargin with a sea witch? This post is for you my fellow overthinker.

Two months of PT and I can safely pick up a full coffee mug with my right shoulder.
Next milestone, pouring the coffee pitcher with that arm.

#Overthinking can be dangerous. In the case of the Wizard of Oz, subsituting one Dorothy Gale for me leads to a rant about respecting the dead and Oz's lack of inheritance laws.
Does the Wicked Witch get the shoes?

This is a ramble about the put-upon protagontist of my unpublished novella "The Odd-Job Wizard" and real life person who inspired him.

We all know that Glinda gives Dorothy the magic shoes after her house landed on the wicked witch. It's key to the plot.
However, does that mean rest of the deceased clothes just lying pressed flat under the house? Should we maybe do something about that?
When I was 13, I doodled a dragon.
Many, many years later, I wrote a novella about that dragon trying not to set his unwanted neighbors on fire.

@klhicks912 Hire or bribe one. I write fiction and there's a lot of backstory and worldbuilding that doesn't overtly appear in the manuscript.
An editor doesn't have that all locked up in their brain. That makes them a great resource to check readability
I got my first agent query rejection! I'm going to print it out and put it in a folder. Rinse and repeat at least ten more times.
After that I will have a proper pity party, then write some more.

There's a running joke in the #WriterCommunity about how our internet search history seems when taken out of context.

You may have an #overthinking problem when,
it takes a advice from a mentor, a Pros and Cons lists, and praticing in the mirror to be comfortable introducing yourself as a #writer.

Unfortunately, people with mobility issues live this story far too often. Passion and pushing through the pain are not enough when somebody sets you an unreasonable task.

In the classic story the Little Mermaid, Hans Christian Anderson gives a mermaid legs. However, it is not a perfect solution.
The mermaid suffers from excruciating foot and leg pain while she tries to fill the terms of the witch's contract.

One of the big inspirations for my wheelchair/mermaid blog was the time I helped my Gran around a few of Ireland's tourist spots in a push wheelchair.
'Disability accessible' does not mean 'Stress-free Experience.'
