Wanted to show a preview of the new version of Yacht. Still have a month or two to go on it but I’m super happy with progress so far.
Using Vue 3 for the frontend and NestJS for the backend. All in typescript. Also has multi-server support.
@BuffyWicks@CityofRichmond@Oakland https://t.co/iNoiOMeOXR determining what is and isn’t okay for a personal computer to do is not something that lawmakers should have any authority to regulate. Digital ID is not a solution that anyone should find acceptable.
@BuffyWicks@CityofRichmond@Oakland Why did you write AB 1043? You explicitly include Linux even though it’s maintained by volunteers and one of the only Free and open source alternatives to the proprietary garbage big tech forces on us. Hold parents accountable instead of blaming computers.
@whynotjavascrpt @FFmpeg Because open source projects have had to deal with AI slop bug bounties that take effort to disprove and it is actively harming them.
@ThePrimeagen There’s additional coordination that takes place utilizing their infrastructure which has cost. They also talk about improving the experience of hosting selfhosted runners.
Either way it would be nice if there was another option that was actually good.
@tannerlinsley Is there any plan to enable complete separation of client and server build artifacts? Have been looking a bit but haven’t found anything obvious.
Would allow having ssr in tauri by running server in a sidecar and having tauri build the client as it normally does.
@rafaelchiti@tan_stack Any idea if you’d do a blog post on this or open source any sections of it for people to use as an example? I find it difficult to find more fully featured projects to use as references/inspo when building my own thins with tanstack start
@tannerlinsley Hey, is there an area where discussion on tanstack start docs is happening? Would like to see things like best practices for db/auth/etc.
@ThePrimeagen Next week I’ll have 2 years sober and honestly, I don’t miss alcohol anymore. For a while I was thinking I would just take a year off but at a certain point I stopped missing it.
@SlackHQ This is garbage and should be the default experience. You think changing things as a user is typing is a good experience? Just do what apple does and stop trying again after the user hits backspace.
