@PANDORA_NA when explaining that it ripped my hair out & showing where my hair was still in the necklace. They told me it was worn and couldn’t be exchanged. This is the most outrageous policy i have ever heard of. No damage has been done to this on my behalf. A resolve is needed

I think I’m still shocked by all of this! Like really? I’m flying. Minding my business and this happens. This shouldn’t happen to anyone. If i was an unruly patron, I would have been removed. @SouthwestAir this is terrible.

@TiahRodriguez@usedgov The interest on my loans has only increased my balance, even with payments made for 10 years. Even if interest accrual only was overhauled it would make a huge difference for people! Otherwise it's impossible for most to get ahead.
