@Royal_Greenwich They have now removed the bin completely and rubbish/litter is spread across the street, the state of that streets is no longer acceptable. There has been an increase of garbage across Hawthorn and Vanbrugh in the last month, attracting pigeons and foxes.

@bt_uk After 3 hours on the phone and having waiters for the engineer to turn up from 8am I am told that it is a pm job although. Your customer services passed me to Opeanreach who then explained that BT have to calm them. Please respect my time.

@bt_uk Poor service . It I’m had been a month since I am trying to get broadband installed , so far I have spent 10 hours waiting for your customer services, I have spoken to 6 different people, and wasted ti days waiting for an engineer to turn up.
