@rblbank have been trying to make 3 international payments for the last 3 days using RBL credit card. Limit is correct, payments are enabled - all in vain.
The customer support is absolutely useless. Why dispense credit cards if you intend to make payment processing such a pain?

On reaching, the hotel says they don't accept bookings via Agoda. Why list a place without permission? Why accept a paid booking if you don't have permission???
