It was really nice to see Public Service Commissioner, Dan Watermeier, who is a good friend, and was a great State Senator too...He made Syracuse and all of LD1 proud during his service!

Our nation has fought very hard to live up to it's promising ideals, to be one people, created equally under God, and to be treated as such.
As we celebrate Juneteenth, let us remember the progress that we have made, reject division, and stand together!
God Bless. π
#FBF to the unveiling of the first panel of the @USAWallofHonor, the Presidential Seal, handcrafted with hundreds of pieces of steel by artist, Tim Lampros, and hearing remarks from Gen. Michael Flynn...The room was full of energy and patriotism! πΊπ²
John Adams proposed to the Continental Congress, June 14th, 1777, "Resolved, that the flag of the thirteen United States shall be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the Union be thirteen stars, white on a blue field, representing a new constellation." πΊπ² #flagday2021
#TBT to hearing Art Laffer speak at the Capitol about supply-side economics. There's a national discussion going on about the merits of free-market capitalism, and I agree with him that less government intrusion, and moving more towards a consumption based tax system, is the way!
Praying for my dear friend, Senator Tom Brewer, who's battling leukemia...But one thing is for sure, he's a true warrior that has won every single battle in his life thus far, and I'm hopeful to see him win this one very soon too! πΊπ²
Today and everyday we honor and remember the brave men and women in uniform who have made the greatest sacrifice to defend our freedoms. We will never forget. #MemorialDay2021
