Absolutely furious after reading Simon Harris’ “I’ll put money back in people’s pockets” interview. After a year of broken election promises and a €9.4 billion budget that leaves workers worse off he trots out this nonsense and expects people to believe him.

Here’s the facts. Fine Gael:
- promised to cut income tax for workers but gave massive tax cuts to big developers instead.
- promised to help people with energy bills but withdrew energy credits as prices went up.
- promised to increase renters credit but gave it to landlords instead.
- ⁠promised to cut student fees but increased them by €500.

If you want to make life affordable:

- take on energy companies and big supermarket chains who are ripping people off
- re-introduce an energy credit of €450
- deliver €10 a day childcare,
- put a month’s rent back in renters pockets and ban increases for 3 years
- abolish the USC on the first €40,000 of every worker’s income
- scrap carbon tax increases to reduce the cost of petrol and diesel
- increase the minimum wage
- make bailed out banks pay tax on their profits.
- Don't waste millions of euros on bike sheds, security huts and empty offices.

Don't say one thing and then do the exact opposite. Put workers and families first!

This is the most blatant electoral fraud I have seen in my life:

Members of Honduras' National Electoral Council (CNE) published videos and publicly exposed how the results transmission system is taking votes from candidates and giving them to others.

Right-wing candidates are stealing votes. This comes while the US government is openly meddling in Honduras' election. Trump campaigned for right-wing, drug cartel-linked, oligarch candidate Tito Asfura, and Trump threatened to punish Honduras if he is not "elected" as president.

Weeks before the election, Honduras' left-wing ruling Libre Party published leaked audio recordings exposing how right-wing US-backed groups aimed to steal the election by hacking the results transmission system. It looks like that is exactly what has happened.

- Israel and Iran: the US was literally a belligerent (remember the US strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities?)
- Egypt and Ethiopia: there was no war
- Armenia and Azerbaijan: the "peace deal" hasn't actually been signed
- Israel and Hamas: beyond obscene for the US to take credit for ending a genocide it was the key enabler of
