🇺🇸 Today, we celebrate the symbol of our nation’s strength, freedom, and unity.
On Flag Day, we honor the Stars and Stripes and the generations of Americans who have defended the values it represents. May we never take those freedoms for granted.

This is exactly what we warned about.
Unregulated intoxicating THC products. No oversight. No accountability.
The Senate had a chance to act yesterday and failed.
Pennsylvania families deserve better.

A disappointing day for Pennsylvania.
Senate Bill 49 would have brought regulation, testing, oversight, and accountability to intoxicating hemp products. Instead, politics got in the way, and the status quo remains. I’ll keep fighting for public safety.

Today’s inaction leaves communities vulnerable and sends the wrong message. Parents, educators, and law enforcement need real tools to confront this escalating public health issue. I won't quit working to protect Pennsylvania families.

Back in Harrisburg this week focused on one of our most important responsibilities: passing a responsible state budget.
Pennsylvania needs a fiscally responsible budget that protects taxpayers, supports our communities, and keeps our Commonwealth moving forward.
Today, we remember the heroes of D-Day and the extraordinary courage they displayed on the beaches of Normandy 81 years ago.
Their sacrifice helped secure the freedoms and way of life we enjoy today. We honor their service, remember their legacy, and will never forget. #DDay
Took a trip out to Buckets Fishing Shack at Presque Isle State Park to chat about the red tape they experienced with their new permit. Glad to have been able to help cut some of that and get them open for boating season. If you have a boat, stay safe and enjoy the water!
More than $528,000 in state funding is headed to Erie County nonpublic schools to strengthen campus security, support violence prevention efforts, and enhance student mental health resources. Keeping our students safe remains a top priority. https://t.co/dYSaoxNJ4X

I was pleased to join Governor Josh Shapiro, local investors, and community leaders for today’s groundbreaking of the new Trust Hotel in downtown Erie. This project will transform the historic Renaissance Centre into a boutique hotel and continue building momentum downtown.
I attended a legislative luncheon with Congressman Mike Kelly as keynote, joining local leaders to discuss Iran, AI, data centers, rising energy costs, and the need to keep the U.S. competitive while addressing affordability for families and small businesses.
My staff attended Erie County’s announcement outlining their plans for America250PA as we prepare to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. Exciting events, festivals, fireworks, and community celebrations are planned throughout the year.
This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage and service will never be forgotten.
As we enjoy time with family and friends, let us remember the heroes who gave everything for the freedoms we cherish every day.
