@SendcoSolutions @mr_bmh1 Absolutely agree. I strongly believe that the NASENCo award is putting off really good teachers who would like to be SENCos. The course doesnt match that advice provided at local SENCo network meetings and hands on experience. It doesn't automatically create a 'good SENCo'

@QueenEx_SENCO Many of those services are becoming traded or disappearing in their current form. It was one of the major reasons for starting up The SEND Advisory Team- a one stop shop for all aspects of SEND and a personal approach. I missed how it used to work!
