This Man Makes A Good Point, We’re Being Set Up
“Am I the only one that finds it weird that they brought all of these people from across the border into the United States, yet they're registering all of our young people to fly out of the United States to go to war. Is this like something that you guys are not seeing?
Am I the only person seeing this?
So if war breaks out here in America with all of these people that are hiding within the country, But yet, they say that they're going to war with some other country and everybody flies out of the country that's 18 to 26 years old, which is now been mandated as an automatic register, what are we supposed to do?
We already know you TikTokers are not gonna go to war here in America for any reason. You TikTokers, you Call of Duty players, all of you people messing like, you know, your tight skinny jeans these days. We know you're not gonna help protect America.
So seems to me that these people will set us up.”
BREAKING: Once again, we finally have Congress afraid to trade given our public pressure.
For example Representatibe Kathy Manning just disclosed two trades for $1.5 million.
In the notes field, she says, HEDGE FUND. FUND MANAGER LETTER ON FILE WITH THE COMMITTEE ON ETHICS.
She is trying to explain her own sales now.
Let’s get them banned in 2024.
I made the app because back in 2018, I was dealing with really severe anxiety.
I thought I was managing it well with daily meditation, biohacking, and reading lots of self improvement books.
But one morning, I was working at my desk as a software engineer, and I started feeling really overwhelmed. It was so intense, I started to feel like I was going to pass out. I said to myself "I need to chill out for a second."
So I leaned back in my chair, and everything went black.
I had an intense panic attack and fainted at my desk. My coworkers were gathered around me, and said an ambulance was the on the way.
It turned out nothing was wrong with my health, other than the chronic anxiety and panic attacks.
I was really embarrassed, but it was a wakeup call that I needed to do something about the anxiety, instead of just following random self-improvement advice I found online.
I tried lots of things to overcome the chronic anxiety. Some things helped a lot, others didn't help at all.
But what really made the difference for me was practicing slow, deep breathing exercises twice a day for 20 minutes each. (I also started using HRV biofeedback, which led to rapid improvements. More on that in a future post)
I started sharing what I was learning on youtube, and created guided breathing exercises that used calming sounds to guide my breathing. It allowed me to close my eyes and focus on relaxing and breathing smoothly.
And based on feedback from my viewers and early customers, I decided create the app Pocket Breath Coach.
I released it in June of this year, and I think it's the best breathing exercise app available today. And I'm still making improvements and new features every day.
Try it out and share it with someone you think it might help
