No Luka tonight, which has been very beneficial to Lebron and Reaves stat lines. The reason I bring up Reaves is that’s where my mind initially went. However, he’s still coming back off injury and has only played 20 minutes per game in his last 3 since returning.

Lebron without Luka has cleared this line in 8 of his last 10 and those are with Reaves seeing a full workload. In this same case last time out, he dropped 10 assists and 7 boards easily clearing RA.

Surprisingly, OKC has allowed nearly 70% of PF’s to clear RA in their last 10. With the ball primarily in Lebron’s hands to facilitate tonight I think this line is simply too low 🤏🏻

Brunson draws a strong matchup against Boston, as the Celtics allow the 5th most assists to opposing point guards this season. Despite Boston’s reputation defensively, this is a spot where primary ball-handlers have consistently found playmaking success.

The history backs it up. Brunson has cleared this line in 6/7 games against the Celtics, averaging 7.7 assists per game in those matchups. His current form supports it as well, over his last five games, he’s averaging 6.6 assists while generating 13.2 potential assists per game, excellent volume for a 5.5 line.

Game script also works in our favor. The Knicks enter as 3.5-point road underdogs, setting up a competitive environment where Brunson should see full minutes and heavy usage. This matchup mirrors a very similar spot to what he just faced against the Lakers, where he dished out 13 assists in a close game. With matchup, history, volume, and game environment all aligning, this sets up as a clear path to the over.

Murphy is currently averaging 5.8 RPG. He’s seen 5+ rebounds in 82% of games & 6+ in 6/L8 vs bottom 10 matchups this season. In his last two games against Minnesota he saw 15 & 7 rebounds alone.

Now you add assists into the factor and we are soaring over this line. Murphy has seen 11+ potentials in 4/L5 games & has 5+ assists in 6/L10 games.

Against teams that rank in the bottom half of the league he’s gone over this line in 14/L15 games and 9 straight while away from home. This line feels way too disrespectful.

Murphy has also cleared this line in 77% of away games this season when seeing at least 30+ minutes. He’ll get the minutes and I’m confident he’ll make the most of it.

Backing CJ again here. Over this line in 5/L6 games and has really found his spot on this Hawks team. Gets one of the post favorable matchup in the league in this one.

Facing the Jazz who are a PGs dream. They allow the 5th most points (25.8) and 9th most rebounds (6.5) per game to the PG position. Similar players see a +2.4% PR differential compared to their szn average.

Solid scoring matchup. Jazz rank bottom of the league in transition and spot-up defense which are two of CJs higher usage scoring types outside of the PNR. They also rank dead last in ATB3 defense (30% of his points) and bottom 12 in mid-range/non-RA paint defense (another 34% of his points combined). Should be able to find good looks here.

The rebound upside is there. We’ve regularly seen guards find 4-6 rebounds against this Jazz team and CJ has recorded 4+ boards in 5/L6 games.

Overall a great matchup. CJ should see solid minutes again as he’s carved out a nice spot lately on both ends of the floor for the Hawks. We like the over!
