Yasmin has over 5 years of experience in supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal problems.
We know that exercise helps improve symptoms of depression. But a recent Norway study showed that exercise may actually be preventive for depression. At a 10 year follow up in the study, individuals who exercised at least 1 hour total per week were less likely to have symptoms!
