It isn't in the same space as GrapheneOS and what they do is not relevant to GrapheneOS.

GrapheneOS doesn't bundle third party apps and services. There's no guarantee of Signal remaining an app we recommend to people. It also only works with their own centralized service. We aren't going to lock ourselves into shipping any particular third party apps and services which would then require a many year process to remove without disruption.

CalyxOS drastically reduces privacy and security rather than greatly improving those. It isn't a privacy or security hardened OS. It hasn't shipped firmware, kernel, driver and HAL patches for Pixels for June 2026 and later. They previously went a year without shipping updates.
