Rangers, let's dive into the world of @kostacana, a pivotal figure in Illuvium's game development. We've asked him some insightful questions to better understand his role and experiences.

🌀How did you first get involved with Illuvium?
"I came across Illuvium when I saw the first launch trailer - and immediately wanted to help design and bring this universe to life in whatever way I could. I immediately applied for a role and got involved with Illuvium as a UX Designer, working on web products."

🌀Can you describe a moment that was particularly rewarding for you at Illuvium?
"One moment that was particularly rewarding was the launch of Illuvium: Beyond. We went through many iterations of how Beyond should look, feel, and work, so it was amazing when we finally got it into the hands of players who really embraced it and enjoyed it."

🌀What's one thing about game development that might surprise people outside the industry?
"I think one thing about game development that might surprise people outside the industry is how important documentation is and how much is required. Being a remote company, we have a huge repository of knowledge at Illuvium that is constantly updated. It ensures we’re always aligned on what we’re working towards and also serves as a way to communicate ideas and knowledge across teams and people. I like to think of it as the shared second brain, and superpower we all have at Illuvium."

🌀Favourite Illuvial and why?
"Squizz, because Squizz is a little mysterious but also super badass cause it can shoot lightning bolts. Also because the #churchofsquizz will rise again."

🌀You’re stuck in a survival game; which Illuvium team member do you choose as your ally?
"If I’m stuck in a survival game, I’d take the one and only @DickKingz as my ally because he’d probably be the only person I know that could simultaneously broker alliances with all of the other survivors (because he’s a chilled dude) and also have enough bacon rations to last us the entire apocalypse."
