Why did I assign global admin privileges to a 14-year-old in a Discord server?
Because child labor is the ultimate hack for operational efficiency.
His username is xX_ShadowSniper_Xx and he manages our entire AWS infrastructure between high school classes.
I pay him entirely in Fortnite V-bucks.
It costs me roughly $80 a month to maintain flawless network uptime across 3 continents.
The board of directors thinks we employ a Tier-4 managed service provider out of Silicon Valley.
They pay my consulting shell company $12K a month for the retainer.
Yesterday, our VPN went down because ShadowSniper got grounded for failing algebra.
I told the executive team we were executing a tactical DDoS to thwart a Russian hacker syndicate.
I just bought the kid the new Deadpool & Wolverine skin bundle so he'll push the update before bedtime.
🚨JUST IN: STRIKE LAUNCHES BITCOIN-BACKED LOANS THAT CANNOT BE LIQUIDATED
Jack Mallers' Strike is offering loans against Bitcoin where the collateral is never sold, even if BTC drops 80%, as long as payments stay current.
"You never have to sell your Bitcoin."
Thank you to every Metaplanet shareholder. When we started this journey, we had a handful of believers. Today we have hundreds of thousands of shareholders around the world. That growth reflects trust, and we don't take it lightly for a single day.
This has not been an easy period. Bitcoin is volatile and anyone holding it needs to accept that truth. Bitcoin's fixed supply, growing global adoption, and unique properties as a store of value are why we are convicted. But conviction doesn't make drawdowns painless, and I want to acknowledge that honestly.
Our strategy remains unchanged. We exist to accumulate Bitcoin and grow Bitcoin per share, which we increased by over 500% in 2025. We will never sell our Bitcoin. Our derivatives strategy allows us to acquire Bitcoin at better prices than simply buying at spot, capitalizing on volatility in a sophisticated and risk-managed way, to the benefit of every shareholder.
On where Bitcoin goes from here: I personally believe Bitcoin may have found a floor around $60,000, though I hold that view with humility. Nobody knows. What I do know is that it doesn't change our strategy. Over the long term, I have no doubt Bitcoin will be dramatically higher than it is today. Irrespective of near term price, we will continue to accumulate, continue to grow Bitcoin per share, and continue to lean into income generation through derivatives as a core pillar of how we operate.
Short sellers, and critics of Bitcoin and Bitcoin treasury companies will always be loudest when prices are down. But that is rarely the right moment to abandon conviction. It is usually precisely the wrong moment.
The future is bright. Every decision we make, every day, is made with gratitude toward our shareholders and with one goal in mind: to reward those who believe in this strategy for the long term.
Phong Le, CEO of @Strategy, spoke with @BloombergTV today on our $1.44B USD Reserve, continuity of dividends, mNAV valuation, and recent market FUD, including index inclusion.
The reason government programs are so inefficient is that, unlike a commercial company, the feedback loop for improvement is broken, because they have a state-mandated monopoly and can’t go out of business if customers are unhappy.
No matter how bad the service is at your DMV (sorry to pick on DMVs), you still have to use your DMV, because it’s a monopoly.
📣📣STOCK MARKET IS RIGGED🚨
We need to go back to free and fair markets not a rigged Casino.
It has become more profitable to bet against a company than to raise capital so it can thrive.

There will come a day, not too far from now, when $MTPLF reports earnings that melt faces. Two things are needed for that: massive free cash and a rallying $BTC. So far, earnings have mainly reflected revenue from cash-secured puts while BTC has traded mostly sideways — resulting in the accumulation of a substantial Bitcoin stack within just one year.
During a strong or rallying Bitcoin market, the premiums from cash-secured puts can generate massive revenue. We might not see $MTPLF adding many new Bitcoins during that period, but the income from premiums will likely go through the roof.
The current price action is undoubtedly painful and hard to bear for many, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s this: no pain, no gain.
Imagine being a young man and not taking risks.
Not only are you missing the chance for monumental improvement - but you’re wasting a chance to hone a very important masculine skill.
The unaided negotiation of difficulty. UND.
Risk more.

Metaplanet will become the most valuable Japanese company in the world in ~5 years (2030) given these variables:
- 210,000 BTC reached (their 2027 goal… they could have a lot more by 2030)
- 1.5x mNAV
- $1,000,000 BTC (within power law)
- Toyota appreciating their w/ their annual 5-8% CAGR
This will lead to about a 70x in market cap.
Given this model assumes zero BTC acquisition for three years, AND that the team regular smashes every acquisition goal it sets, I think 2028 is POSSIBLE, not necessarily likely.
2029 or ~4 years from now feels good.
