God, who is all knowing, knew that the shortest way to the promised land was through the land of Philistines but He didn't lead the Israelites through that route because He said, "If the people encounter war, they'll change their minds and go back to Egypt

Hospitals in Nigeria can NOT reject gunshot victims simply because of a police report. It's wrong! We have a law against it!
Aside from it not making any sense, why would you go to a police station after being injured rather than to the hospital?
There's also a “Compulsory Treatment and Care of Victims of Gunshots Act, 2017”
This makes it compulsory for every hospital whether (private or public) to treat a victim of gunshot or stab wounds irrespective of whether the person has a police report or not
How do we make sure that this is implemented properly
PLEASE RT SO OTHERS KNOW!

If you see a baby with this opening on the lip, the baby needs your help.
The baby has what is known as “Orofacial cleft”.
Let’s discuss clefts:
A cleft is simply an opening or a slit.
A baby can be born with a slit in the lip (cleft lip), the palate/roof of the mouth (cleft palate), both (cleft lip and palate).
They are together known as “orofacial clefts,” i.e. clefts/slits/openings that affect the mouth and face.
HOW DO THEY OCCUR?
During development, a baby’s face usually forms as the right and left sides separately. Both sides then grow towards each other and join in the middle. It’s the same for the lips and palate.
A cleft occurs when the tissues of the lips and palate fail to join completely, leading to an obvious opening that is usually noticeable when a baby is born.
WHAT ARE THE LIKELY CAUSES?
The exact reason why clefts occur is often unclear.
In some cases, cleft lip and palate is associated with genetic factors and with certain syndromes too.
It has also been associated with a lack of folic acid intake by the mother, obesity, smoking, and alcohol intake during pregnancy.
Taking medications like steroids and anti-seizure drugs can also predispose the baby to clefts.
PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH CLEFTS:
—The baby can find it difficult to feed, as the mouth is unable to seal properly make during breastfeeding or bottle feeding.
—Ear infections can occur, and fluid can build up in the ears. These lead to hearing difficulties.
—The child’s speech will also be affected due to air escape when they try to make sounds.
—The teeth are also unlikely to develop properly if clefts are present.
—As the child grows older and becomes conscious of this condition, it can lead to psychological and self-esteem issues for them.
HOW ARE CLEFTS MANAGED?
Different specialties are involved in the management of clefts. It usually requires surgical repair.
Treatment improves the appearance and appearance of a child's face, as well as breathing, hearing, and speech development.
Most children with orofacial clefts do well and live healthy lives following treatment.
It’s advised that the surgery is done within the first few months of life.
Good news is, there are places where this surgery can be done for FREE in Nigeria. So if you know anyone whose baby has a cleft, tell them they have little to worry about.
Just by spreading this information, you can change someone’s life!

Every 2 minutes currently, a mother dies from complications due to childbirth.
That's how rampant it is currently, 800 times a day.
There are new innovations currently that helps save the lives of both mothers and babies and that's currently why we're at the #Goalkeepers2030 conference playing our part to make sure these innovations get to the people who need them.
One of the major causes of death during childbirth is PPH. Post Partum Haemorrhage. Let's call it excess bleeding. A Nigerian Dr (Dr Galadanci) led other researchers to figure out why this happened, and they noticed that many women were not even diagnosed at all. They set a new set of guidelines called the E-MOTIVE guidelines that were able to reduce these cases by 60%
There are other causes of death during childbirth that can be prevented if we simply take up simple innovations.
IV Iron, antibiotics, and AI enabled ultrasound amongst many more.
It's not nollywood, sir. It's not pick and choose your best human. We should rather focus on making sure we play our part where we can help reduce these deaths and not form up scenarios from Nigerian feem.
We can do better. Can't we?
Save mother and child by planning earlier, making sure she gets support throughout the pregnancy.
That's what every responsible husband will do. Don't you agree?
He didn't have a problem with BAT trending, or Star Boy trending. He has no issue with Peter Obi trending or
#APCPrimaries trending.
But at the mention of Jesus, Daddy Freeze found his frozen voice.
Praise God! Only Jesus can make the dumb speak. He is a miracle-working God.
These persistent fuel queues are just one of the many hardships foisted on Nigerians by RULERS who don't care about the citizens...
In a land of plenty, we continue to starve while they feed fat on our suffering...
