Citizens resisted and used sticks to drive away the Siamese soldiers who continued encroaching to seize Cambodian citizens’ land in Ou Bei Choan commune, Ou Chrov district. We appeal to the international community and the ASEAN Chair to help stop the Siamese soldiers in this case.

Cambodia removed the barbed wire and Thai flags that had been illegally placed on Cambodian soil following an inspection by seven ASEAN Interims.
Soon after, Major General Winthai Suwannee told the Thai media that the footage was staged and did not depict Thai territory. This is technically correct, as the barbed wire and flags had been illegally deployed on Cambodian soil, even blocking access to some Cambodian homes — an action that sparked outrage among local residents.
