@SouthwestAir you overbooked my flight from LAX to Chicago, causing us to sit on a hot airplane for almost an hour and causing a later arrival to Chicago. Also took 30min for our luggage to come out. Sloppy day of flying by @SouthwestAir

Any time you put yourself up against the impossible… something magical has the opportunity to happen.

Performing this changes everything for the better:
1) View bright light (ideally sunlight) in the am for 10-30 min.
2) Cold exposure (shower, ice bath or to-neck plunge). 3-6min.
3) Delay caffeine until 90–120m post waking.
4) No bright light or screen viewing 10pm-4am.
