Finally, it’s almost June and it seems we are no closer to knowing who Junior Gonzalez thinks our best XI is. I get that we don’t have the luxury of a ton of depth like bigger, richer clubs but the constant rotation and system changes surely isn’t helping.
Someone got very upset with us for saying before the season started that this team was seemingly built to rely on Rubio Rubín.
He’s scored in 4 of our 5 last league games and is still leading the Golden Boot race. But we haven’t won any of those games.
🤷♀️
The red card issue is obviously glaring and we need to look at ourselves first and foremost. But I still don’t know exactly why the two red cards tonight were given. An explanation or hell, even a replay would be great.
HT THOTZ
- 4th League Red Card for a 4th different Locomotive player in just 10 matches
- Space in behind led to the chance for the opener, really poor decision making from Mora-Mora made it
- Not sure what Junior is on about starting 4 full backs and leaving Moreno and Rubin out
What a stupid goal. Quezada tried to shield it for Mora Mora to claim and he kicks it off him for an own goal.
Need to see the replay cause that looked offside initially.

Mauricio Pochettino met with representatives from AC Milan over its vacant head coach position.
The meeting took place last week ahead of the USMNT’s World Cup camp in Georgia.
Pochettino’s contract with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) expires after this summer’s World Cup on home soil.
The 54-year-old had been identified as a potential successor to Massimiliano Allegri, who left the club earlier this week, while Andoni Iraola is a leading candidate.
