A lot more work going into Ask! before launch. The entire back-end is being redone so as to be more performant and more accurate especially in multiple languages. It’s coming along very powerfully for both individual churches and site-wide.
More Ask! development — SHARING. Found an answer that you like? We now support sharing so that you can share a link of a generated answer from Ask! that anyone can view. Beautifully rendered in its original format with all dynamic citations and source references.
Continuing with Ask! dev, we are now displaying the total number of sermons & articles referenced in generating answers for questions asked. It shows that even older or lesser-heard sermons continue to be essential in shaping answers that are accurate and biblically grounded.
FIRE SALE!! Offer closing soon while supplies last! You simply will not find a better rendition of the 1650 Scottish Psalter at an incredible $5/each!

The F5 is arguably the single most critically essential piece of equipment in The Vault. It's the firewall, the gateway, the traffic controller for the entire infrastructure. And it failed us.
The ironic thing is that less than 24 hours ago, I mentioned in a meeting how pleased I was that the F5 hardware specifically had never failed us even once. This is the tale of a failed F5 and the important lesson learned.
Thank you, Lord, for helping us.

P. S. Incredibly, our #2 Vault site has just gone down with a cut fiber outside the premises. When it rains, it pours.
We can now index Articles for the Ask! interface. This means that answers will be grounded not only in your sermons + videos, but also in your written articles via color coding. This brings all of your content together into a single, searchable knowledge base!
COMING SOON!
Don’t be fooled by the stunning beauty. Men, women, children were imprisoned here before finally being exiled to … America. Oddly enough, this prison was called The Vault. It’s Scottish history. It’s America’s history too.
SEE FOR YOURSELF!

Well, this is the culprit. The F5 — arguably the single most critically essential piece of equipment in The Vault. It's the firewall, the gateway, the traffic controller for the entire infrastructure.
Our leadership team worked late into the night to trace the problem down to a single failed component buried deep within this unit. One failed component is all it took to give us so much grief. We are currently in the midst of a long-running repair process that will take several more hours, so we will resume in the morning.
The ironic thing is that less than 24 hours ago, I mentioned in a meeting how pleased I was that the F5 hardware specifically had never failed us even once. Apparently, I spoke too soon.
The Lord continues to teach us that without Him we can do absolutely nothing.
critical equipment failure tonight caused a disruption of services for which we apologize deeply. our team is enroute to the vault to try to fix. will keep you posted.
