If you step on the mound and you don't believe you're at least a little bit invincible, then your physical/mental preparation probably wasn't good enough.
I have to giveaway another copy of College Football 25, so follow me, retweet this, and comment your favorite team to enter. Winner will be picked tonight
The original post is gonna go down as the most expensive post I’ve ever made. We cleared 65k though and I’m a man of my word 😭
3 WAYS VALGUS FORCE (ELBOW) IS DISPERSED
✅ Radiocapitellar Joint Compression
✅ Ulnar Collateral Ligament (UCL)
✅ Forearm Musculature
The Forearms (FCU, FDS) are the MOST trainable and can decrease the stresses passed on to the Ligament
CRUSH FOREARMS 💪
I stopped throwing for 2 years after my career ended and strictly trained like a body builder including these lifts or a variation 2x a week and came back throwing 90
Not saying everyone should do this but these lifts aren’t the death wish everyone believes
How quickly do you close feedback loops?
To get more out of players, this has to be done consistently and quickly.
One way to do this is to do a post-game review.
Did I move forward or backwards towards my objective goals?
What went well overall?
Where can I improve?
What is the plan this week to push the needle forward?
If you are a coach, do this with your players day after games or weekly!
If you are a player, do this for yourself day after outings if a coach doesn’t do it with you.
Keep the main thing the main thing.

Today we’re talking about contextual interference (big word I know).
This is a really easy way to help you improve your mechanics and make changes to your delivery faster!
If you’ve been stuck in a rut, working on the same thing for a while, this 🧵 is for you!
The best “armcare” and “recovery” protocols in the WORLD won’t save you from shit on-ramp periods
How the biggest culprit of arm injuries in baseball happens before the season even begins:
(THREAD)
When I first started seriously training for baseball, I topped 79mph and I was a freshman in College.
I weighed 180lbs, and I had never seriously lifted or trained before.
6 months later I topped 89.4mph in a bullpen at Driveline.
Why do some athletes make huge velo jumps?
College Freshman
1. Pick the right kids on the team to hang around
2. DO NOT get involved with the party crowd
3. Get to sleep at a reasonable time every night
4. Don't go home until Thanksgiving if school isn't in your hometown/area (plant roots and make new friends)
5. Do more than expected, be engaged and earn respect with work ethic and maturity
Remember, nobody cares what you did in HS/Travel Ball, if you were drafted or who scouted you. You're starting over. You have to earn respect.
