FINRA ordered to hand over 25 MILLION Trade Records from the TRF

This is the big one.

TRF data includes nearly every trade in MMTLP/MMAT.

Details on who traded with whom (broker vs. broker), down to 10 second intervals.

FINRA must also produce:
• Short interest reports
• Daily short sale volume

This gives the bankruptcy trustee powerful granular data that could reveal short selling patterns, trading irregularities, or other issues around the halt.

As @palikaras put it:
“…Trustees can now obtain market-wide data from regulators like FINRA and NASDAQ
Short interest data, TRF data, and trading volume data are fair game…”

FINRA unexpectedly halted trading in MMTLP more than 3 years ago.
Regulators and brokers have fought hard to keep the trading data secret.

This line is key. MMTLP is mmat's "open liability" that must be RESOLVED....all shares must be reconciled and accounted for...all 165,472,241. Numbers must crunch.

My strategy, prehalt, WAS to cash out half of my shares and divert some of my gains towards MMAT and NBH...and some shopping 😆.

I'm sure I wasn't alone in this strategy. I believe MMAT would be standing strong today as the FIRST metamaterial company to be traded in NASDAQ if it weren't for the criminal interference.

As you already know, Ann, President Trump has an $MMTLP letter awaiting his signature and MMTLP letter is currently moving through the White House review legal process.

Members of my group have worked tirelessly over the last two years to reach this milestone and secure this representation for the MMTLP community. For this reason, I will not deviate.

I will support any Executive Order once the MMTLP situation is resolved, or if @realDonaldTrump uses MMTLP as the catalyst to expose the crimes that justify such an Executive Order.
