@ddkuester@StevenKaminski4@NickDianni@fblasvegas Yeah I can get from Paris to Cosmo in 5 minutes... power walk and hopefully don't get stuck at the light. But I see the value in a room at horseshoe if all you are doing is wsop events
Vegas report
7 nights in a Cosmo one bedroom suite, $750 FP and $800 resort credit.
Total Coin In - $134,000 plus 6 hours of $250 per bet table game play.
THEO was -$9200
Thanks to a Royal Flush and some nice bonuses, actual loss was only $3500.
For Poker I went 3 of 6 events (8 total bullets) with total cashes $10,750 with buy ins of $7400 for a $3350 profit. This does not include my extracurricular gambling activities with @James_Tierney at Venetian as he stole my money and drugged me.
I shall be back
Listening on the car ride home from Vegas... While I am sure I lost more than what my biggest win was many times over, I am proud to say a good chunk of my biggest win did go towards my wedding and honeymoon. I like being able to say that poker paid for one of the genuine blessing in my life and not just strippers and gambling.
@StevenKaminski4@NickDianni@fblasvegas When playing the WSOP it's hard not to stay right across the street at Cosmo/Aria. All other times I'm back at FB
@James_Tierney The plan is sometime between 6/22 and 7/5 for the start of the trip. Have to figure out if I'm playing the Main event or not. Also possible I come and go twice.
Typically I would go and spend more money on dinners with friends, but during the WSOP I am usually at the poker table all day. Room charges were only dry cleaning, multiple Fiji waters, and a couple hundred over the resort credit they offered. All was picked up. It doesn't take much to get 7 nights a week at Caesers comped. I recommend splitting playing 75/25 in favor of MGM as Aria, Cosmo and Bellagio are all much nicer to me than anything Caesers has to offer.
I would never pay full price for these things as they are like $2500+ for this flight.
Not that you are asking....but, I only paid $229. Mosaic 3 JetBlue members get 4 move to mint certificates. Which means you can move to Mint from economy for 1-4 certs. This flight I paid $229 for their basic fair and only had to use 1 certificate to get to Mint. Then it's only $199 to get this Mint Suite, but Amex Platinum card holders get $200 for airline seat changes/bags, which this qualified for.
Hard to get back into another tourney when you run deep and bust. Need a couple of weeks at home and then I'll be back, but first one more night of debauchery in vegas.
