@westjet awful customer service. We have been WestJet clients for years and the way we are being treated right now is embarrassing. Not to mention I am pregnant and we are premium class passengers. #westjet

Stuck in Toronto because @westjet flight coming in from st Maarten was late. We waited 40 minutes for bags. They didn’t let us on our flight. They are not giving us a hotel room or food vouchers. They are dismissing everyone saying it’s our fault and we “could have made it” awful
