This is people living with anxiety and depression, who are likely to have a lot going on, and it’s often taken a lot of courage to reach out for help. Sometimes years before you believe you’re worth helping, or you feel ready to be in that vulnerable position. 8/12
If you were running a health service and you needed people to fill in a form, would you:
A) Threaten to withhold healthcare from people who don't fill in the form
B) Anything else. Just anything else at all.
@Pullingaclaudia Apparently you can ditch water as well. Never drinking anything liquid ever again; all my water intake comes solely from raw carrots now.
I just read -- in the book SEE WHAT YOU MADE ME DO by Jess Hill -- about the incident in Stockholm for which Stockholm Syndrome is named, and I am royally pissed off on behalf of all women, buckle up.
