You guys should stop limiting our views to just this two. Why must we still continue to choose from the same bag. ain't there other folks out there contesting who are even way younger? All i see is this two everywhere like its already decided its going to either of them.
My only question is… was she given prior notice of the increase, I’d say at least 90 days before the new rent was due? If not, then this entire analysis is fundamentally flawed, regardless of sentiment. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but knowing Nigeria and our tendency to flex power without clear rule of law or adequate protections for tenants, I wouldn’t be surprised if little to no notice was given. After all, it’s hard to argue that the landlord didn’t know months in advance that he was going to increase the rent. But If proper notice was given, then fair enough I have no issue with it. But if the tenant only found out when it was time to pay, that’s a completely different conversation and absolutely wrong
@deezeerhh@General_Somto Mentioned what? I gave context for my experience, not a résumé, achievement, or indicate it as a flex. If that’s all you managed to extract from the post, then I really have nothing to exchange with you about. You obviously struggle with basic comprehension.
Comparing the Super Bowl to the World Cup is one of the most clueless sports arguments out there. The problem is that Americans hear the word “world” and automatically think it means the same thing because they call their own domestic competitions the World Series or world championships. It doesn’t. The World Cup is an actual global tournament. If you want a proper comparison, it’s the Champions League final, not the World Cup. Maybe if it were called the “World Champions League,” fewer people would struggle to understand the difference.
Her dad is British, her stepfather is Ebira, and her mother is Yoruba from Abeokuta. She tends to identify more with one side of her heritage which is her mum side as an Egba from Abeokuta , but she’s actually a mix of several cultures. She grew up in Kaduna, which is why she speaks Hausa fluently. She also learned Ebira from her stepfather and speaks Yoruba as well, since it’s her mother’s native language.
@Teeniiola Only disappointment is I was waiting to hear the value she brings . All I heard is don’t do this blah blah blah but not one of I wil do this . Anyways what do I know . @grok can we come back to this in 5 years . Love to keep up with this list and rules .
Thinking that Chelsea actually dismantled this PSG side a year ago is crazy work. Just goes to show how massive a coach’s influence really is. Same club, many of the same players, but a different voice, different standards, and a different mentality can completely change the trajectory of a team. Talent gets you far, but coaching and belief can be the difference between domination and falling off. Arsenal had no excuse coming up with that kind of haram football thinking they will win
Reality check: a lot of you lot are not getting married… and that’s okay, because at this point it looks like I’ve already paid my membership dues to the gang too 😂 Just don’t let my mama see this post lol.
I think the biggest political shock of 2027 will be Bola Ahmed Tinubu losing the election. The very political games he’s playing now could ultimately come back to haunt him. #everywhere go blur
@SavvyRinu The most irritating thing is the fact that they openly do this . Without any regard for what is right, more like a mindset of they above the law and nothing can be done to them . This really has to stop
@ChuksEricE Another ignorant person who somehow ended up with a platform, openly justifying human trafficking. The law really needs to catch up with people like https://t.co/ZtDfvTnQXY the way wtf is Ekia?
“Help me understand , what exactly makes him a ‘mumu idiot’ in your opinion? Because from where I’m standing, your reaction to a valid point looks more like emotional outburst than logic. Resorting to abuse doesn’t exactly scream intelligence. Do you actually have a better rebuttal?
A true story of …When they say “never meet your idol” for a reason. Sometimes it’s not even about meeting them , it’s about time revealing who they really are. Eventually, the image fades, the mask slips, and the person you admired can no longer hide their true character. After a while, they lose the guidance and discipline that once held the illusion together.
