A skinny person can trip and fall. Being fat isn’t the problem here. She’s just elderly and tried to move too fast when she saw the stroller rolling.

She was probably in a stage where she was fine to walk but something like running after a stroller would be hard and getting up from a fall at that age is already hard add a still healing leg injury and you’ve got a recipe for disaster
