Your design is not constitutionally accurate. The wholly unconstitutional Permanent Apportionment Act of June 19th 1929 violates the intent of the ratio of representatives:

"The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand, but each State shall have at Least one Representative;"

If we get rid of that unconstitutional actvand make the floor also its ceiling we would have between 11,600 and 12,000 representatives in the House of Representatives. And 11,700 to 12,100 delegates to the electoral college. The map would be redder still

@OcrazioCornPop Why capping ourselves with just 435 representatives? The US Constitution allows for the ratio of 1:30,000, so we could have many more representatives, up to 11,000. The more we have the fewer people they represents.
