Yesterday was phenomenal. This was my first day back on the sideline since August 30th 2003. Special thanks to Coach Day @ryandaytime for making it all possible.

Being back around the program is spiritually rewarding. Sports are pure. It’s the ultimate reality TV. I love the energy, competitiveness, noise, aggression and all things that go into playing football. I’m at a place in life where the things I value are the things you can’t buy and this experience/reality is one of them.

Watching the players and coaches get ready for the game had me excited and ready to run out the tunnel. There’s nothing like it. There’s nothing close to the Ohio State fan base. @OhioStateFB
