@BarakRavid Hell of a logic!
You elected an unstable phedophil as president. Your so called checks and balances don't work due to being Israil's slave, then you are advising Iran to take a bad deal with somone that dropped out of a deal once then attacked Iran twice during negotiations?!!
The last I checked, Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb, & Abu Musa islands in the Persian Gulf have been under the sovereignty of Iran since the time of the ancient Achaemenid Empire.
The UAE didn't even exisit until 1971!
Carney, sit your ass down about "occupation"!🤡
Abu Musa, Greater Tunb and Lesser Tunb are Iranian territory. Canada has no right to attribute them to the UAE in any statement. Iran’s sovereignty is not negotiable, and its land is not a diplomatic bargaining chip. Ottawa must respect Iran’s territorial integrity. @MarkJCarney

@MarkJCarney Your stance on Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb, & Abu Musa, which are an inseparable part of Iran's territory & under the undisputed sovereignty of Iran, is completely baseless and wrong.
Focus on Canada's ever declining economy instead & shut the f**k up.
I regret voting for the Liberal Party and @MarkJCarney.
By signing a joint statement with the UAE regime echoing baseless claims over the Iranian islands of Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb, and Abu Musa, this government has violated the fundamental principle of respecting UN member states' national sovereignty and acted against international law.
These three Iranian islands will remain Iranian forever.
Dear stupid @MarkJCarney,
Abu Musa, Greater Tunb, & Lesser Tunb belong to the Iranian people. This is NOT up for discussion.
Please focus on the problems in Canada you were elected to address. I will never, ever vote Liberal again.

The manufactured outrage over a report that Iran is allegedly buying weapons is absurd. Whatever the truth of this particular report, Iran has the right to defend itself. Full stop.
Listen to how the aggressors and their retinue of media outlets, PR firms and think tanks describe it. Iran's purchases are "clandestine." Iran is "defying" their sanctions. Iran is "evading" them. As if a country under bombardment owed its attackers an inventory of its defenses.
Basically, their position is: we may unleash all our power on you, and you must respect our illegal sanctions and disarm, so that we can strike your power grids, bridges, hospitals and schools at the lowest possible cost to ourselves.
The UN Charter calls self-defense an "inherent right." It does not add "subject to the approval of the attacker."
@TheELongWave@CanadianYYZ Looking at historical data in york region the peaks repeated every 7 to 10 years. So starting from peak of 22 how likely you think we see another peak at 2030 to 32? How big of a peak you think it will be? Any idea?
@MarioNawfal And after they collected the information they need they start over.
Only a fool fall forbthis BS again. Nothing should happen until there is some mutual assurance.
That is the hard pert, finding and enforcing that mutual assurance. There is no trust left.
What Washington is preparing against Iran is a premeditated war. Its date has been fixed in advance by the electoral calendar, not by any threat. Trump himself has vowed there will be no attack on Iran before the midterms, and Washington has reportedly told Arab states to prepare for a short, intense campaign after the vote.
Premeditation is fatal to any claim of self-defense. Under Article 51 of the UN Charter, even anticipatory self-defense requires an imminent threat and a necessity leaving "no choice of means, and no moment for deliberation." A war that can be shelved for a month to suit an election is the product of deliberation, not necessity. The war's February start does not help: necessity and proportionality govern every phase, so a renewed campaign after a signed ceasefire must meet them again.
The stated aim, to "finish the job," confirms this is aggression, not defense. Force used to impose terms on a state is coercion against its political independence, which Article 2(4) forbids.
US law agrees. The Constitution gives Congress the war power and leaves the President only the power to repel sudden attacks. A campaign planned for months is neither sudden nor an emergency. If there is time to wait for an election, there is time to go to Congress.
Since Nuremberg, planning and preparing a war of aggression have been crimes in their own right. A premeditated war is not a defense. It is the crime itself, scheduled in advance.
