@FKRustamov @fismailzade Although, 5 years passed since the court ruling, Armenia has not ensured the decision of ECHR concerning Chiragov and others v. Armenia yet. So future processes need top-down approach. In addition, one should not mix 1 million population with 1 million households to be cases.

@khalfaguliyev @LukeDCoffey A new one could be built or adjusted after the collapse of the USSR. They had been simply considering that status-quo will remain forever and even illegally annexed some territories to Armenia. The same case with respect to Gafan/Kapan airport, as well.

There are rumors in Armenian side that 21 km part of Gorus/Goris-Gafan/Kapan highway which passes through the territories of #Azerbaijan in #Zangilan and #Gubadli will be ensured by the #Russian border guards.If that is true, it's a concerning issue and violation of sovereignty.
