I don't see the point in designing a VTOL drone, for what purpose? As a result, speed is very low (only 150 kph), and payload rather meh. In addition, it has no INS, i.e. can easily be jammed. This drone wouldn't survive longer than a few minutes over a war zone like Ukraine.
