My mother's younger brother who died in 2018 used to live on her property inherited by us. The servant Md Naseer after his death made a FAKE WILL saying my Maama gave the property to him. How can he give when the land is under my Mother's name. See his pic.

I humbly request everyone reading this to please repost and tag the Hon'ble PM, CM, and West Bengal Police. For the past two years, I have been fighting what I believe is an illegal encroachment on my property. I am seeking justice and asking that my concerns be heard. Every repost can help. They threaten me each time I enter my property and tell me to return to Canada or else the consequences with a woman will be aggressive and violent. Thank you.

I would like to ask the BJP leadership a serious question.
I was told by individuals whom I identify as Shamim Md. Salim and Pandey Associates, "Bengal mein aurat ke saath kya hota hai, Shabnam, you do not know. Go back to Canada."
Can someone please explain what this statement means? I found it deeply disturbing and perceived it as intimidating.
I reported this to Jorasanko P.S SI Gautam Mondol, but I felt my concerns were not taken seriously and that he laughed instead of addressing them.
Every woman who reports feeling threatened deserves to be heard with dignity and respect. I hope the authorities will ensure that such complaints are handled professionally and Fairly.
